We stand behind our craftsmanship and will fix or replace any item we deem to have any manufacturing defects. We reserve the right at our discretion to decide what is and is not a manufacturing defect. We will offer to fix or replace anything that is not a defect at cost to you, but also have the freedom for those that are honest when they make an error in use, to provide replacement or repairs at a discount or no cost at all. Customer is responsible for shipping to AND from our premises for all warranty / repairs, however for American warranty claims if product is found to be defective we will reimburse actual ground shipping cost calculated from UPS website.

To request warranty / repair please fill in the form below completely and click “Send” when finished. Freedom Ordnance Requires a written submission for all warranty and repair work, firearms and products returned without an authorized return number will NOT be accepted upon delivery to our premises.
Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply after you have filled out the form and submitted.
- DO NOT SHIP until you have received a RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number).
- Firearms must be unloaded and do not have any live ammo included unless we specially request it.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance cost.
- Neither Freedom Ordnance or Wolverine are not responsible for any loss or damage whilst goods are in transit.
- Do not include any accessories, optics, slings, etc. Unecessary items may be returned at customers expense.
- The RMA # must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Once your Warranty Claim is processed, you will be contacted with further shipping instruction.
